Family Crossfit Fitness

CrossFit Double Down is a licensed CrossFit Affiliate gym Focused on your fitness located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Thomas and Laurie McCrummen.

Laurie and I have had life-long love affairs with fitness. Mine began with the neighborhood swim team and culminated as a scholarship athlete for Arizona State University’s NCAA Division I diving team. Laurie took a different track having participated in dance and cheer-leading as a young girl and culminated on a National Championship cheer squad. Through these experiences, we have observed and seen the passion of coaching. We want to serve our athletes because at some point a coach did the same for us and we believe coaches should be role models for their athletes.

We have been blessed with two adorable children, Clayton and Rollins who are the light of the world for us.  Having recently become homeowners we want our gym to be a neighborhood name for getting in shape and have some fun while doing it. We want to create an atmosphere of excellence at CrossFit Double Down and would like to personally invite you to our gym, we promise to provide the level of fitness you expect – you just need to bring the motivation.
